Enclave Townhouse

This lovely townhome in a 55+ was a brand new build. With great proportions, high ceilings, and abundant windows it had a lot going for it. But is was sadly lacking in any semblance of personality as it was sold with generic builder finishes and fixtures.

Our clients downsized to this townhome from a gracious colonial and wanted to bring the life, warmth, and elegance that reflected their aesthetic to this new space.

We started work in the most critical spaces - a home office, which they needed to be both beautiful and functional as soon as possible since they both work from home often, and the foyer - which they hoped to remake from a bland hallway into a gracious and welcoming introduction to their home.
