Our staging consultation can be conducted in person* or virtually via Zoom, Facetime, or Skype. Lasting for up to 90 minutes, we do a complete walk through of the home to determine the best steps to prepare your home for sale.

We will discuss what should be edited, how to arrange/rearrange furnishings, selection of fresh paint colors, and recommended updates to any fixtures or finishes to prepare your home for sale, with an eye toward providing the best return on investment.

For an additional fee, we can prepare a comprehensive room by room report with detailed information for you to execute.

Alternatively, we can apply this consult fee toward our staging fee if you choose to have us implement the staging for you.
